Any conhactors perfarming gas or oil well tirilling wark <br />shall cornply with the parameters of Chapters 1309 and <br />1313 of the Codified Ordinances of Mayf'ield Village <br />inciuding, but not limited to: <br />(I) Being registered with tlie Village; aiid <br />(2) Obtaining a drilling permit from the Village in the <br />amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00). <br />(c) Plans for alI wells, tank batteries, including <br />tank dimensions and gas meter ty es; excavation <br />work (including but not limited to baring pits) and all <br />other site wark including final landscaping plans, <br />confirmation of the fracking methods that will be <br />used in drillin ag nd identification of any required tie <br />ins into any existing gas line or lines and/or the <br />construction of any new asg lines, along with . <br />material safety data sheets for all materials ta be used <br />in the drilIing rop cess sha11 be presented to the <br />Building Cammissioner and the Village Engineer not <br />less than four (4) weeks prior to tlie commencement <br />af any drilling or other operatians. These plans shall <br />show the topagraphy of tlze site and of all vehicular <br />access ta and from the site, frflm any road or street. <br />Un to two (2) weeks shail be allowed by the Village <br />for the review and approval of lp ans• <br />(d) Plans showing all bnildings on the subject <br />premises, and all buildings within five hundred (500) <br />feet af the well and tank sites, shall be provided. <br />Incomplete or ille ible plans will be returned and the <br />two (2) week review process wili be restarted once <br />all data is available. <br />(e) No weil may be drilled, or tanlc batteries <br />located, in any location where emergency vehicles <br />(e.g. fire trucks and ambulances) cannot obtain <br />reasoiiable access to the site. <br />
