The County will notify the Village of any increase in the monthly cost at least sixty (60) days before the increase goes into effect. 4.Nuynber of Phones The total number of phones for which the Village will be billed monthly is sixty-eight (68) as set forth in the Phone Summary attached hereto as Exhibit "C". If at any time during the term of this Agreement the Village desires to increase the number of phones it utilizes at any of its locations, the County will provide such phones to the Village:at the Unit Price set forth in Exhibit "A" and the monthly cost will be increased by the addiYional number of phones purchased. 5. No Partnership This Agreement shall not be construed as creating a partnership or-joint venture between the parties.
