A family dwelling unit consisting of one and one-half stories shall have, a <br />minimuxn first floor area of not less than 1, 400 square feet and a muumum <br />total floor azea of not less than 2, 200 square feet, exclusive of <br />basement, utility room and garage space. <br />3.
