Mayfield Village Zoning Code Proposed Zoning Amendtnents <br />1-17-03 <br />i. Boundaries of the area proposed fot development, dimensions and total <br />acreage. <br />ii. The location of all existing structures and access points. <br />ui. The exisring site conditions including contours, watexcourses, flood plains, <br />unique natural featutes, and farest cover. <br />iv. The general size and location of all proposed dwelling units. <br />v. The general location and size in acres or square feet of all areas to be <br />conveyed, dedicated, or reserved as open space, public parks, recreational. <br />areas or facilities, school sites, and similar public and semi-public uses. <br />vi. The proposed circulation system of local streets, private stteets, access <br />waps, off-street parking areas, and major points of access to public right-of- <br />ways. <br />vii. The general ]ayout of the egisring and proposed pedestrian circulation <br />system, including its interrelationship with the vehicula= circulation system. <br />(2) A general landscape plan indicating: <br />i. The rreattnent of materials used for apen space and common areas. <br />ii. The proposed treatment of the perimeter of the planned residential <br />development?, including materials and technique used such as scxeens, <br />£ences, and walls. <br />iii. Natural features to be conserved. <br />(3) Sufficient inforination on land areas adjacent to the proposed planned residential <br />develapment to indicate the relatianships between the proposed development and <br />existing and proposed adjacent azeas, including land uses, zoning classifications, <br />densitics, citculation systems, public facilities, and unique natural features of the <br />landscape. <br />(4) Illustrations (either elevations, renderings or photographs) and/or a written <br />descdption of the type and quality of dwelling units antidpated for the <br />development <br />(5) The existing and praposed utility systeins presented in text or graphic form <br />including sanitary sewers, stortn sewets, water, electric, gas, telephone ]ines, surface <br />water dra.inage, and storm water drainage system <br />(6) Supplemental Docutnents. <br />i. A legal description of the total site proposed for development. <br />ii. Name, address, and telephone number of applicant. If applicant is not <br />the owner, documentation of interest in the property is required. <br />6
