?J <br />5. URS shall assist the Client in obtaining utility easements which may be required for utility <br />relocations. Such services would include preparing easement documents, appraisals, <br />negotiations and closings. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />In addition to the Basic Scope of Services provided under this Work Order, URS can provide the <br />following services when authorized, in writing, by the Client: 1. Providing assistance/services to the Client during any right-of-way appropriation process. <br />2. Providing right-of-way acquisition services beyond the number of parcels/acreage idetitified <br />and/or in excess of the hours budgeted for property owner meeting/negotiations assistance. <br />E5TIMATED COST <br />The total work order costs will be based on only the actual labor hours and reimbursable expenses <br />expended on the Project. UR.S' compensation for this Work Order will not exceed the authorized <br />amount of Three Hundred Sixty-One Thousaad Three Hundred Seventy-Five ($361,375) Dollars <br />without further written approval from the Client_ <br />SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION <br />URS is prepared to commence work as so.on.as_varritten authorization to proceed is received from the <br />Client.
