SCOPE OF SERVICES Task 1- Site Survey Consolidation Plat Services Palumbo Property - URS will perform a boundary survey according to the standards of Ohio Administration Code Section 4733-37. URS will produce the necessary legal descriptions and plat for this site. Surveying Services Wiley Park Project Area - URS will perform a complete topographic survey of the ballfield area and the area to the north of the park pavilion and parking lot. URS will locate the topographic and planiinetric items within the project area that will include large trees, utilities, drainage appurtenances, buildings, pavements, etc. URS will obtain sufficient elevations to properly produce contours from digital terrain model for each site area. URS will obtain information at least ten feet beyond the property to insure that the contours are properly depicted on the property. URS will produce topographic maps with boundary survey information and the datum will be tied irito the USGS vertical datum and Ohio State Plane Coordinate System - North. The size, scale and content of the drawing will meet the requirements of Mayfield Village for site plans. The topographic maps will depict the items located in the survey and supplemented with available plan information to URS by the client. URS will also contact Ohio Utility Protection Services (OUPS) and the utility companies to obtain utility information the site. URS will add contours to the plans at 1-foot intervals and also produce a TIN in AutoCAD format. Surveying Services Parkview Ballfie[d Project Area - URS will perform a complete topographic survey of the area from the existing Right-of-Way of S.O.M. Center Road to the west property line. URS will locate the topographic and plauimetric items within the project area that will include large trees, utilities, drainage appurtenances, buildings, pavements, etc. URS will obtain sufficient elevations to properly produce contours from digital terrain model for each site area. Task 2 - Geotechnical Investigations URS will perform a geotechnical subsurface exploration to gather information necessary to evaluate the subsurface conditions related to the proposed Upper 40 Stream Restoration for the subject project. ? A total of 4 borings drilled to depths of 15 feet below existing grade are proposed for an estimated total of 60 linear feet of drilling. Two of the borings will be located on the southern portion of the site within the existing baseball field. The other two will be located in the northern portion of the site near the moderately wooded area along the channeled stream. Actual boring locations will be identified in the field based on site features, topography, and access. Each of these borings will be positioned to minunize disturbance to the existing wooded areas.
