URS shall xneet <br />with the City of Cleveland and the Ohia EPA if necessary to ansv,-er any questions and faCilitate the <br />plan agprova] process. Upon approval, URS will provide the'?ili age one (1) set of reproducible <br />originals and two (2) complete sets of copies of the construction (locuments. <br />6. URS shall detemtine the need and Iocatlons for soil borings arnd q,ither geotechnical information, aS <br />zequired, and shall coordinate the performance of the soil borings and analysis. iJRS shall <br />ineorporate the soil borings and geotechnieal ir?formation and rec oanmendations into the fulal <br />contract documents. <br />7. URS shall prep2a'e detailed easement and land Qurchase description doeuments that can be used by <br />the Village or its asents in negoriating easements and land purcbiLse with the appropriate property <br />owners. Such documents shall include the eomplete 1lsting of aT1 names and addresses of the owners <br />of the properiies involved. Any property and boundary surve}rs, ?vhich may be required other than <br />for the new 12-inch waterline loop from North Common Boulev*rd to Highland Road shall be <br />performed as additional services to this Agteement. <br />8_ iJRS shall perform a general site walkover of the waterline route between North Common Boulevard <br />and Highland Road to preliminaxily idCntify potezrtial en`+ironmeutal constraints associated witb the <br />proposed waterline route. IJRS shall perform general agency cooudination/file research to eonfirm <br />the applicability of national pernuts. Envixonmental factors, w}i:ir_h will be reviewed, include <br />wctlands, cultural, historical, flood hazard, and biological. Furtt er evaluation, studies and/or <br />individuzl permits, which may be required as a result of these iiii tial investigations, would be <br />performed as an additional service under this agceement. <br />9. URS shall prepare schedules of quantities and a final probable .ost of construetion. <br />10. URS shall meet with the Village throughout the course of projecC to review the progress of thc <br />services and obtain input and to respond to comments as necessr Py to finalize the services. <br />ADDI'1'IONAL SERVXCES <br />llRS shall provide services for this project, in addition to those servicca set forth in Scope of Services, <br />when so authoxized by the Village. Such services shall consist of pao?- iding any services not otherwise <br />included in flus Proposal or not customarily fumished in accordance ix ith generally accepted engineering <br />practice. The increased scope of work 3nd additional compensation for Additiox?al Services shall be agteed <br />to in writing by the Village and LIRS prior to commencement of the A-jditional 5ervices work. An <br />example of potential additional services whieh may be encountezed or. 4his projeci are as follows: <br />The performance of additional field survr;ying, property boundaiy surveys and/ot preparation of <br />permanent easements oti-ler than whieh is required for the new 1?-inch waterline loop Uetween North <br />Common Boulevard and I-Tighland Road. <br />2.
