Commuras Boulevard to Highland Road to <br />provide fiuther redundancy in the water system which serves the Progr ;ssive Campus. The design and plan <br />preparation senrices would Ue perfozmed to Ue consistent wwith City of 17 7leveland, Division of Water and <br />Ohio EPA standards. <br />Ta§k One - lDesign aod Plan I'reparstion_ : <br />1. URS shall meet with the Village to review the exact requirements of the waterline improvetnents and <br />to establish 4itne frames foa submiSSiOn of the construCtion docum.:n4s. <br />2. 'U'125, in cooperation with the appropriate Village persozinel, shall develop and confirm design <br />philosophies, routing, alignment, waterline SiZes, fire hydrant local ions, and other related design <br />clements. URS shall prepare construction drawings and specificai.ions of sufficient detail to receive <br />City of Cleveland, Division of Water and the Ohio EPA plan approval for eonstruction of the project. <br />The water]ine plan and prof le sheets wnll be prepared on a scale ai 1" = 20'. The waterline project <br />Iimits are as follows' The new waterline loop from North ComrnoI i Boulevard south to Highland Road. <br />This waterline loop will begin at the southern end of the existing 12-inch waterline on North <br />Commons Boulevard and continue south/parallel to the property l:.= between the Progressive Campus <br />and Mayfield Village. The waterline will then continue due south and parallcl to the eastern property <br />line of the CEI propetty across the Goldberg property. URS is pPC posing to locate the ] 2-inch <br />waterline outside of the CEI property and ruithin an easement acrciss the Goldberg property. It is <br />highly unlilcely 4ha[ the Village will obtain approval 4o install the I i-ropOSCd 12-inch waterline within <br />the CEI property based upon our te)ephone conversations with C1,I representatives. The tota] ]ength of <br />new 12-inch waterline up to the Goldberg propeny is approximatc:ly 2,7501in. ft. 'd'he waterline wil] <br />then eontinue due soutli across the Goldberg properiy and then aeross Parcel 15, (owner is Francis <br />Haines) to Highland Road. The new 12-inch waterline will connect to the existing 16-inch waterline <br />along Highland Road. The total length across ptivate properties r.iot owrzed by Mayfield Village is <br />1,7501in. ft. (amount of easeme?xt, which will be required). <br />3. URS shall provide a separate set of construction docurnents for th,: North Common <br />Boulevarci/Highland Road 12-inch waterline_ <br />4. URS shall only obYain field survey informa4ion rcquired for the & sign of the »ew 12-inch waterline <br />loop between North CoTzunon Boulevard and I-iighland Road.
