URS shall prepare and submit tbe necessary documents to the Ciry of Cleveland, Di'yision of Water, <br />and the Ohio EPA associated with the waterline improvemencs, fai plan approval. URS shall meet <br />with the CiTy of Cleveland and the Ohio EpA if necessary to answ;:r any questions and facilitate the <br />plan approval process. Upon approval, jJRS will provide the V ilIls- ge oae (1) set af reproducible <br />originals and two (2) complete sets of copies of the eonstruction documents. <br />6. URS shall determine the need and locations for soil botings and o',hex geotecbnical informatlon, as <br />required, and shall coordinate the performa»ce of the soil borings ;.ind analysis. UIZS shall <br />incoaporate the soil boxings and geoteehnical infonnation and reec: mmcndations xnto the final <br />contract doctammts. <br />7. URS shall prepaze detailed easement and land purchase description documents that ean be used by <br />the Village or lts agcnts in negotiating easements and ]and purcha;se with the appropriate property <br />owners. Such documencs shal] include the complete listing of all iames and addres5es of the owners <br />af the properties ineolved. Any property and boundary surveys, Nvhich may be required other than <br />for the ncw 12-inch waterline loop from Narth Common Boulevai-d to Highland Road shall be <br />performed as additional services to this Agreetxaent. <br />8_ URS shall gerform a general site walkover of the waterline route between North Common 13oulevard <br />and Highland Road to preliminarily identify potential environmer tal constraints associated with the <br />proposed waterline route. URS shall perform general ageney coc-rdinataonlfile research to eoni5rm <br />the applicability oFnational permits. Environmental factors, whiuh will be reviewed, include <br />wetlands, cultural, historical, flood hazard, and biological. Furthi7 cvaluation, studies and/ot <br />individual peimits, which may be required as a result of thesc ini'I ial investigations, Would be <br />performed as an additi0nal service under this agreement- <br />9. UdLS shal1 prepare schedules of quantities and a ftnal probable ccst of constnzction,. <br />10. URS shall meet with the Village throughout the course of projec' to xeview the progress of the <br />setvices and obtain input and to respond to comments as necessaiy to finali2e the services_ <br />,ADDITIONAL.
