County of Cuyahoga, and State of Ohio. More specifically, the Landlord <br />consents to the location of Bell South Wireless, Cleveland PCS Realty LLC <br />and Metricom, Inc. <br />2. American Tower hereby agrees to pay Landlord a"Co-Location Fee" in the <br />sum of SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HiJNDRED DOLLARS ($7,500.00) per <br />broadband carrier per year, and THREE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS <br />($350.00) per paging carrier per year for each carrier in excess of three (3) <br />current carriers now located on the Tower Site, b41 ..no._.more..than..8.._such <br />carriers which rnay or will sublease ground and tower space at the above- <br />referenced Tower Site. <br />Such payment shall be made in consideration for Landlord's consent to allaw <br />Ainerican Tower to sublease to the above named carriers, and any additional <br />carriers with the consent of the Landlord as further agreed to herein, ground <br />and tower space at the above referenced Tower Site for the purpose of <br />installation, operation, replacement and maintenance of such carriers' wireless <br />communications equipment, including but not limited to antennae, equipment <br />cabinets and/or shelters, and utility cables, at the Tower Site. <br />4.
