.hov;-01 01 03:25p , Diemert & Rssociates (440)442-0825 P,2 <br />? <br />S ?S sQ? . <br />?? ?? ? . • <br />q -v ) <br />? i- _?icJlNANCE NO. 2001-20 <br />INTRODUCED BY: Mayor Rinker and Council as a Whole <br />I <br />AN ENIERGENCY ORDlNANCE AMENDING SECTION 1157.08 (b) <br />OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE <br />RELATING TO FENCES IN SIDE AND REAR YARDS <br />WHEREAS, it has been deemed necessary and in the best interesf of the <br />residents and inhabitants of the Village of Mayfield to amend Section 1157.08 (b) of the <br />Codified Ordinances of the Village dea(ing with fences in side and rear yards. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAfNED BY THE GOUNCIL OF MAYFIELD <br />VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: SECTION I. Section 1157.08 (b) of the Codified Ordinances of the Village of <br />Mayfield is hereby and herein amended to read as fol(ows: <br />1157.08 FENCES; PERMIT; FEE, <br />(b) fn Side and Rear Yards In side yards and rear yards in Class U-1, U- <br />2, U-3 and U-3AA Use Districts, the only fences permitted shall be as <br />follows: Split rail, chain link, board and board and picket fences. Board <br />T and board fences are to be bui(t so the horizontal space between the <br />vertical boards in three and one-half inches, and not to exceed six-inch <br />board width.
