PAGE TWO <br />On any side or rear yard fence, the supporting rails and posts shall face <br />the interior of the property of the owner of the fence and shall not face the <br />adjacent property; the finished side (a contrasted with the rough or <br />unfinished side) of the fence shall face the property of the adjacent <br />properfy owner. <br />* <br />SECTION 2. That all other Codified Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield shall <br />remain as presently drafted unless inconsistent with this amendment. <br />SECTION 3. The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and fihat deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with alf <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio.
