ORDINANCE NO. 2001-20 <br />PAGE TWO <br />On"'any side or rear yard fence, the supporting rails and posts shall face <br />the in rior of the property of the owner of the fence and shall not face the <br />djace% property; the finished side (a contrasted with the rough or <br />unfinishe side) of the fence shall face the property of the adjacent <br />property o N:ner. <br />* * * <br />SECTION 2. That all otll,er Codified Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield shall <br />remain as presently drafted unle?s inconsistent with this amendment. <br />SECTION 3. The Council fin ds and determines that all formal actions of this <br />Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of <br />this Council; and that deliberations of thi Council and of its committees, resulting in <br />such formal action, took place in meeting?open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the require?nents of Section 121.22 of the Ohio <br />Revised Code. ? <br />SECTION 4. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield <br />Village, Ohio.
