Center <br />Road as recorded in Plat Book Page of the Cuyahoga County Records and being <br />located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; <br />Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road <br />with the centerline of White Road; <br />Thence, South 1° 16' 33" East on the centerline of right of way of S.O.M. Center Road a distance <br />of 551.73 feet to a point; <br />Thence, South 88° 43' 27" West a distance of 55.00 feet to a point on the existing westerly right <br />of way line of S.O.M. Center Road and Grantor's northeasterly property corner, said point being <br />55.00 feet left of Station 117+33.77 on the centerline or right of way of S.O.M. Center Road and <br />the true place of beginning of the parcel herein described; <br />Thence, South 1° 16' 33" East on the existing westerly right of way line of S.O.M.
