Center <br />Road as recorded in Plat Book Page of the Cuyahoga County Records and being <br />located within the following described points on the boundary thereof; <br />Commencing at a monument found at the intersection of the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road along the arc of <br />a cuive to tlle left, with a radius of 25.00 feet, a central angle of 90° 16' 29", a tangent of 25.12 <br />feet and whose chord bears North 440 15'.16" East 35.44 feet, an arc distance of 39.39 feet to <br />point; <br />Thence, North 0° 53' 11" West on the proposed right of way line a distance of 199.13 feet to a <br />point on Grantor's northerly property line; <br />Thence, North 890 38' 18" East on Grantor's northerly property line a distance of 13.00 feet to <br />Grantor's northeasterly property corner; <br />Thence, South 00 53' 11" East on the existing westerly right of way line of S.O.M.
