Ordit:nnce 2000-01 <br />ction 2• The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were <br />encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly <br />approved and enciunbered in a prior year. The December 31, 1998, Encumbrances were as follows: <br />General Fund $484,025.73 <br />Street Lighting Fund $6,025.00 <br />SCM&R Fund $947.45 <br />Upper 40 Project Fund, Issue II Fund $9,700.00 <br />Community Room Fund $7,13 8.93 <br />Recreation Fund $300.00 <br />Hillcrest Area Fire Radio Fund $750.00 <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $92.76 <br />General Bond Retirement Fund $7,500.00 <br />Capital Improvement Fund $20,000.00 <br />Northwest Quadrant Fund $973,606.24 <br />Parkview Pool Construction Fund $74,941.76 <br />OBBC Permit Fee Fund $350.00 <br />Performance Bond Fund $13,278.32 <br />Contractors' Retainage Account $106,990.90 <br />$1,705,647.09 <br />Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 1999, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00); <br />and. <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Fi$een Thousand Dollars <br />($15,000.00); and <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000); and <br />Mayfield Village 1999 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 5 of 7 <br />
