Ordinance 2000-O1 <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Northwest Quadrant Fund the sum of Six Hundred Twenty <br />Thousand Dollars ($620,000.); and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Pazkview Pool Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thirty Thousand <br />Dollars ($230,000.00); <br />F. Transfer from the General Fund to the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project Fund the sum of One <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00); and <br />G. Transfer from the General Ftnd to the Special Assessment Street Lighting Fund the sum of Fifty Thousand <br />Dollars ($50,000.00); and <br />H. Transfer from the Worton Park Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund <br />the sum of Twenty Three Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Four Dollars ($23,524.00); and <br />I. The Repayment of an advance from the Northwest Quadrant Fund to the General fund in the sum of One <br />Million Dollazs($1,000,000.00); and <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services. It shall, therefore, take <br />effect immediately upon passage by the affirmative vote of not less than five (5) members elected to Council <br />and approval by the Mayor or otherwise at the eazliest time allowed by law. <br />First Reading: January 24, 2000 <br />Second Reading: Suspended <br />Third Reading: Suspended <br />PASSED: January 24 .2000 <br />Mayfield Village 1999 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 6 of 7 <br />
