Ordinance 2000-41 <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were <br />encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly approved <br />and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 1999, Encumbrances were as follows: <br />General Fund $1,246,675.30 <br />Street Lighting Fund $18,406.46 <br />SCM&R Fund $3,724.48 <br />State Highway Fund $10,000.00 <br />Community Room Fund $4,702.42 <br />Recreation Fund $1,447.05 <br />Hillcrest Area Fire Radio Fund $344.09 <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $677.15 <br />Capital Improvement Fund $101,380.00 <br />Municipal Center Fund $100,000.00 <br />Northwest Quadrant Fund $269,084.80 <br />Parkview Pool Construction Fund $60,229.86 <br />OBBC Permit Fee Fund $63.98 <br />Performance Bond Fund $9,844.94 <br />Contractors' Retainage Account $216,269.13 <br />$2,042,849.66 <br />Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield <br />Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council to make <br />expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by <br />authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 2000, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars <br />($15,000.00); and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($100,000); and <br />C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Infrastructure Improvement Fund the sum of Twenty Five Thousand <br />Dollars ($25,000.00); and <br />Mayfield Village 2000 Appropriation Budget <br />Page 5 of 7 <br />
