Ordinance 2000-41 <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars <br />($300,000.); and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project Fund the sum of Two <br />Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); and <br />F. Transfer from the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seventy <br />Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00); and <br />G. Transfer from the Worton Park Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the <br />sum of Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Four and 73/100 Dollars ($17,474.73); and <br />H. Transfer from the Parkview Pool Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seven Thousand, <br />Seven Hundred Twenty-Five and 04/100 Dollars ($7,725.04). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of <br />this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its <br />committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all <br />statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services.
