Ordinance 2000-41 D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000.); and E. Transfer from the General Fund to the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project Fund the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00); and F. Transfer from the Capital Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seventy Thousand Dollars ($70,000.00); and G. Transfer from the Worton Park Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Four and 73/100 Dollars ($17,474.73); and H. Transfer from the Parkview Pool Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Seven Thousand, Seven Hundred Twenty-Five and 04/100 Dollars ($7,725.04). Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services.
