RESOLUTION NO. 99- 05 <br />PAGE TWO <br />SECTION 2. Council hereby renews the permit and approval recommended by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission of Mayfield Village on May 6, 1991, to Man's Hair, to <br />operate a hair cutting business as a Special U-6 Use Permit upon the premises, subject <br />to the conditions hereinafter set forth. <br />SECTION 3. The Special use Permit granted herein is subject to the following terms <br />and conditions: <br />A. Such premises shall be inspected on an annual basis by the Building and Fire <br />Inspectors. <br />B. The permit granted herein shall be effective only as long as Sandy Mancini <br />remains as the owner of such business. <br />C. That there will be no retail sales on such premises during the period of such <br />permit. <br />D. The business know, as Man' s Hair will only occupy 800 square feet of space on <br />such premises <br />E. The Permitte shall only erect signs on the premises subject to the approval of the <br />Building Inspector and the Architectural Review Board. <br />F. There will not be more than two (2) employees on the promises during any one <br />time. <br />G. This permit may be revoked for any period of time or revoked by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission upon ten (10) days written notice and hearing for any one or <br />more of the following reasons: <br />(1) Failure to comply with any laws or ordinances applicable to the business <br />and operation of the center; <br />(2) Failure to pay any taxes due to Mayfield Village in connection with the <br />business of the Permitte; <br />(3) Operation of the business authorized by this Permit in a manner <br />determined by the Planning and Zoning Commission to be detrimental to <br />the health, safety, morals or welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village or <br />in such a manner as to constitute a nuisance, or permitting the grounds or <br />buildings to become unsafe or unsightly.
