Ordinance 99-08 i n ~;. The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 1998, Encumbrances were as follows: General Fund $484,025.73 Street Lighting Fund $6,025.00 SCM&R Fund $947.45 Upper 40 Project Fund, Issue II Fund $9,700.00 Community Room Fund $7,138.93 Recreation Fund $300.00 H'illcrest Area Fire Radio Fund $750.00 Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $92.76 General Bond Retirement Fund $7,500.00 Capital Improvement Fund $20,000.00 Northwest Quadrant Fund $973,606.24 Parkview Pool Construction Fund $74,941.76 OBBC Permit Fee Fund $350.00 Performance Bond Fund $13,278.32 Contractors' Retainage Account $106,990.90 $1,705,647.09 Section 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 1999, is further authorized to: A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00); and B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Fifteen. Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00); and C. Transfer from the General Fund to the Sewer Relief Fund the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000); and Mayfield Village 1999 Appropriation Budget Page 5 of7
