Ordinance 99-OS <br />D. Transfer from the General Fund to the Northwest Quadrant Fund the sum of Five Hundred Thousand <br />Dollars ($500,000.); and <br />E. Transfer from the General Fund to the Pazkview Pool Fund the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand <br />Dollazs ($150,000.00); <br />F. Transfer from the General Fund to the S.O.M. Center Road Widening Project Fund the sum of One <br />Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00); and <br />G. Transfer from the Worton Pazk Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund <br />the sum of Six Thousand Forty Nine and 27/100 Dollars ($6,049.27); and <br />H. The Repayment of an advance from the Northwest Quadrant Fund to the General fund in the sum of One <br />Million Dollazs($1,000,000.00); and <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption <br />of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and <br />of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance <br />with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declazed to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfaze of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services.
