The Concessionaire shall submit, at the Village's request, copies of the accounting format to be used to keep track of gross receipts. XXV. EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONCESSIONAIRE. Concessionaire represents and warrants: A. That Concessionaire's owner has a minium of three (3) years experience, during the last five (5) calendar years, in owning, operating, and managing a local food service similar in type and size, specifically experience providing such service to a municipality. B. That Concessionaire is solvent and possesses the necessary financial resources to fulfill this Agreement. C. That prior to the commencement of.this Agreement, Concessionaire shall provide the following information to the Village: 1. A list of previous and/or current food service contracts or agreements indicating specific dates and length of contract. 9
