Gross receipts pertaining to vending machines, if any, <br />shall mean the accepted percentage of the gross income received from <br />the vending company. <br />B. The Concessionaire will pay to the Village 15'/Z% of gross receipts on a <br />monthly basis beginning August 1, 1999, payable for the preceding <br />month. <br />C. Concessionaire will have until the fifth day of the month to tabulat ercent <br />pay the gross percentage to the Village. EXPERIENCE AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONCESSIONAIRE. <br />Concessionaire represents and warrants: <br />A. That Concessionaire's owner has a minium of three (3) years experience, <br />during the last five (5) calendar years, in owning, operating, and managing <br />a local food service similar in type and size, specifically experience <br />providing such service to a municipality. <br />B. That Concessionaire is solvent and possesses the necessary financial <br />resources to fulfill this Agreement. <br />C. That prior to the commencement of.this Agreement, Concessionaire shall <br />provide the following information to the Village: <br />1. A list of previous and/or current food service contracts or <br />agreements indicating specific dates and length of contract. <br />9 <br />
