The policy shall contain a clause obligating the insurance <br />carrier to give ten (10) days written notice to the Mayor and Council before lapse, <br />expiration, termination, or cancellation of said policy. Proof of such policy must be <br />submitted to the Village no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the commencement of <br />this Agreement. <br />XXI. COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATE AND LOCAL LAW. <br />A. The Concessionaire shall comply with the requirements of all Federal, <br />State, and local laws, rules, and regulations, including, but not limited to, <br />taxes, social security, unemployment compensation, and-workers' <br />compensation. <br />B. The Concessionaire shall secure all necessary operating permits from <br />appropriate Village Departments, and the Cuyahoga County Board of <br />Health. <br />XXII. CANCELLATION. <br />Violation of any of the terms or conditions of this contract shall be cause for <br />cancellation of the contract and the Mayor and Council may notify the Concessionaire, <br />in writing, who shall then cease to have any rights under the contract, and the amount <br />paid, and/or deposited by the Concessionaire shall be forfeited to the Village and <br />regarded as liquidated damages for the breach of the terms of the contract. <br />Concessionaire will be notified of any violations prior to cancellation and given thirty <br />(30) days to correct any violations. <br />XXIII. LICENSES AND TAXES. <br />The Concessionaire shall pay all taxes and license fees that shall accrue or <br />become due under the laws of the United States or the State of Ohio or the Codified <br />Ordinances of the Village of Mayfield during .the terms of this contract. <br />~I~/, TERMS. <br />A. The terms of the concession contract, to be paid for the sale of all items <br />approved by the Mayor and Council, for sale pursuant to Sections IV and <br />VIII of this Agreement, to the Village. shall be based upon the accepted <br />percentage of the gross receiu fsose of this cont act, shall mean theltotal <br />tax.
