.> XV. STORAGE SPACE. The Village will not provide additional storage space, other than the space in the concession stands themselves. XVI. UTILITIES. Electricity and all other utilities shall be paid for by Mayfield Village at Parkview Pool. XVII. REFUSE PICK-UP. Mayfield Village will provide garbage pickup services at Parkview Pool in a timely manner. Separation of recyclables, as determined by Mayfield Village, will be required. This will include, but not be limited to, cans, bottles, and plastic beverage cups. XVIII. REVIEW. The Mayor or Mayfield Village Council or their representative may make unannounced on-site inspections of any concession location. XIX. DEFAULT. fn case of default by the Concessionaire, the Village may procure the services from other sources and hold the Concessionaire responsible for any excess costs occasioned or incurred thereby. This section in no event limits those causes of action or damages that may be alleged by the Village due to the Concessionaire's default. XX. LIABILITY INSURANCE. It is agreed that Concessionaire is an independent contractor responsible for all acts and omissions of its officers and employees, and the Village shall not be responsible for any acts or omissions committed by Concessionaire, its officers or employees, regardless of the nature of the act or omission. Throughout the term of this contract, Concessionaire shall have in force a policy of liability insurance which covers all acts and omissions of its officer and employees in their performance of the provisions of this contract in the sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) for injury or damage to any one person, one million dollars ($1,000,000) for injury or damage to more than one person, and ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for property damage in any one occurrence. The Village shall be named as an additional insured in 7
