..Y <br />2. Beards and mustaches shall be neatly trimmed.. There will be no <br />undue handling of hair. Hair shall not come into contact with food <br />or food contact surfaces. <br />XI. AREAS TO BE CLEANED. <br />All concession stands shall be kept clean and free from all rubbish and refuse. <br />The Concessionaire shall clean and keep clean at all times, an area within a thirty (30) <br />foot radius of all concession stands at the pool. The Concessionaire shall clean the <br />entire area designated by the Village at the Parkview Pool. The Village will provide <br />assistance when deemed appropriate. <br />XII. ADVERTISING SIGNS. <br />Appropriate indoor and outdoor advertising and informational signs are <br />permissible, but the Concessionaire must receive prior written approval by the Mayor <br />and Council on size, type, and location of such signs. All signage must meet Village <br />standards. <br />XIII. MARKETING. <br />Concessionaire may market operation with professional flyers, menu, price list, <br />and hours of operation. All public relations material must be approved by the Mayor <br />and Council or their designated representative. <br />XIV. VILLAGE PROPERTY. <br />A. All property, which includes, but is not limited to, all food service <br />equipment and machines, shall be kept in good condition and returned to <br />the Village in the same condition as found upon Concessionaire assuming <br />-use of said property, except for normal wear and tear. The Village will <br />make all necessary repairs to Village property except repairs necessitated <br />by misuse or abuse of property by Concessionaire. Concessionaire shall <br />promptly report to the Village any problems with equipment and cooperate <br />in its earliest possible repair. <br />B. If Concessionaire wishes to make any capital improvements, all plans <br />must be submitted for approval and all costs will be assumed by the <br />Concessionaire. <br /> <br />6 <br />
