a <br />B. The Concessionaire shall not employ any person or persons in or about <br />any building or stand conducted by him who shall use improper language <br />or act in a loud or boisterous manner, and shall immediately, upon request <br />of the Mayor or Council, dismiss any employee whom the Mayor or <br />Council or their duly authorized representative deems unsuitable to be in <br />attendance at said stand or building. A list of employees shall be <br />submitted to the Parks and Recreation Department. The Concessionaire <br />shall comply with regulations set forth by the County Board of Health. <br />C. A mutually agreed upon number of employees will be provided at each <br />facility to properly maintain the operation. An adult employee shall be <br />present at Parkview Pool snack bar during all hours of operation, unless <br />otherwise agreed to by the Village. <br />D. The Concessionaire shall comply and enforce all regulations as set forth <br />by the Cuyahoga County Board of Heath and Village Ordinance Chapter <br />521 where applicable. All Board of Health regulations and standards <br />relating to employees must be followed, including the following: <br />Employees shall be properly instructed on sanitation and hygiene <br />standards and regulations. <br />2. Employees shall consume food only in designated dining areas. <br />An employee dining area shall not be so designated if the <br />consumption of food in such designated area may result in <br />contamination of food, equipment, utensils, or other items needing <br />protection. <br />3. Employees shall not use tobacco in any form while engaged in food <br />preparation or service, or while in areas used for equipment or <br />utensil washing or food preparation. Employees shall use tobacco <br />only in designated areas. An employee tobacco use area shall not <br />be designated for that purpose if the use of tobacco in such area <br />may result in contamination of food, equipment, utensils, or other <br />items needing protection. Village Ordinance 521.10(e) restricts <br />smoking in places of employment. <br />E. Clothing and Hair Restraints. <br />1. The outer clothing of all employees shall be clean. All employees <br />shall be neat and clean at all times and shall use effective hair <br />restraints to prevent contamination of food or food contact <br />surfaces. Shoes and socks must be worn at all times, open toe <br />shoes are not permitted. A concession staff shirt which identifies <br />the snack employee must be worn at all times. <br />5 <br />
