<br />-~ <br />C. Prices for similar items should be uniform at any and all concession <br />stands, whether temporary or permanent in nature, operated by this <br />Concessionaire within the Village, and no prices shall be raised for special <br />events without the permission of the Mayor and Council. Food and drink <br />sizes and containers shall be consistent at all concession stands operated <br />by this Concessionaire within the Village. All advertised products and all <br />size containers advertised shall be in stock at all times at each operating <br />stand. <br />IX. GENERAL OPERATING REQUIREMENTS. <br />A. Concessionaire agrees to work in partnership with the Village, specifically <br />the Parks and Recreation Department, to explore and mutually agree <br />upon, subject to the Mayor and Council's approval: ~- <br />Appropriate items to sell; <br />2. Ways to increase sales; <br />3. Group sales arrangements and packages for Village sponsored <br />activities as well as public groups (i.e., swim meets, birthday <br />parties, group functions, etc.); and <br />4. Ways to periodically evaluate and improve service. <br />B. There will be no discounts for Parks and Recreation staff who work at <br />Parkview Pool or other locations during the season. <br />X. EMPLOYEES. <br />A. Employees must reflect an image appropriate for the recreational facility <br />at which the concession is located. This includes service orientation, <br />appropriate appearance, attitude, and behavior. All concession stand <br />staff must have a matching t-shirt with the name of Snacks-N-Stuff on it <br />and their name tag on at all times when working at Parkview Pool <br />concession stand. <br />4 <br />
