O ~~ <br />~4 <br />Vl. VENDING MACHINES. <br />If the Village establishes beverage vending machines at Parkview Pool, it will be <br />at the discretion of the Village to have the machines stocked by the Concessionaire or <br />the supplier. The cost of the vending items will also be at the Village's discretion. Any <br />vending machines will remain in operation during the Parkview Pool season and <br />beyond, including those hours when the concession stand is open for business. <br />VII. QUALITY OF MERCHANDISE. , <br />All foods, drinks, beverages, confectionary, refreshments, etc., sold or kept for <br />sale shall be of good quality, fresh, wholesome and pure, and shall conform in all <br />respects to the federal, state, and county food laws, ordinances, and resolutions. All <br />hotdogs and hamburgers sold or served must .be 100% meat, with no cereal added. No <br />limitation, adulterated or misbranded articles shall be sold or kept for sale, and all <br />merchandise kept on hand shall be stored and handled with due respect to sanitation. <br />All merchandise kept for sale shall be subject to the inspection and .approval or <br />rejection of the Mayor and Village Council or their duly authorized representatives. Any <br />article rejected by the Mayor and Village Council or their duly authorized <br />representatives shall be removed from the premises, and shall not be offered for sale. <br />The Mayor and the Village Council shall have the right to determine the quality, size, <br />and weight of any commodity offered for sale and to order the Concessionaire to <br />comply with such change or cease the sale of such commodity. <br />VIII. PRICES. <br />A. The Concessionaire shall, within thirty (30) days prior to each season, <br />submit to the Mayor and Village Council a list of items to be sold or <br />services offered and the price to be charged for each item or service. Any <br />additions or changes in this list either as to the type, weight, size, quality, <br />or price of items or services provided during the operating season must be <br />Submitted to the Mayor and Village Council seven (7) days prior to the <br />requested effective date of the change. <br />B. The Mayor and Village Council shall have the sole right to approve, <br />modify, or reject the type, kind, weight, size, quality, and price of <br />merchandise or other items sold or prices charged and any of the services <br />provided by the Concessionaire and no items shall be sold or services <br />rendered without the written approval in advance of the Mayor and <br />Council. <br />3 <br />
