The provision is to permit special <br />use of Parkview Pool or any part thereof, for money raising events which, <br />in the opinion of the Mayor and Village Council, are for the benefit of the <br />Community. <br />The Village reserves the right during special events to contract with other <br />companies to provide complimentary food service. <br />C. Private rentals may bring their own food service into Parkview Pool during <br />the non-public swim hours. More specifically, hours will be as follows: <br />a. Swimming Pools. Public swim hours as listed in summer recreation <br />program and any special events as scheduled. Parkview Pool will <br />normally be open for eleven (11) or twelve (12) weeks each <br />summer ending Labor Day. For summer 1999, due to construction, <br />the pool will be open for 9 weeks (July 3, 1999 through September <br />6, 1999). <br />IV. ITEMS TO BE SOLD. <br />Minimally, the following types and variety of items must be sold at the Parkview <br />Pool. Additional items could be added depending on specific concession equipment: <br />- Cold drinks, i.e., pop, lemonade, fruit drinks, milk, etc. <br />- Sweet snacks, i.e., candy and cookies. <br />- Salty snacks, i.e., fresh popcorn, nachos, potato chips, pretzels. <br />- Frozen desserts, i.e., ice cream novelties. <br />- Fresh fruits. <br />- Hotdogs, hamburgers, and pizza. <br />V: NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. <br />No alcoholic beverages are to be sold or dispensed at any time at Parkview Pool <br />unless approved by the Mayor and Council. <br />2 <br />
