Ordinance 98-01 <br />ction 2: The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for items that were <br />encumbered against a prior year appropriation evidenced by an approved purchase order that was duly <br />approved and encumbered in a prior year. The December 31, 1996, Encumbrances were as follows: <br />General Fund $596,149 <br />Street Lighting Fund $13,350 <br />SCM&R Fund $4,067 <br />Law Enforcement Trust Revenue $150 <br />Community Room Fund $2,457 <br />Recreation Fund $2,324 <br />Mayfield Union Cemetery Fund $1,023 <br />General Bond Retirement Fund $14,679 <br />Capital Improvement Fund $166 <br />Municipal Complex Center Fund $7,345 <br />Wilson Mills Corridor Improvement Project $21,090 <br />OBBC Permit Fee Fund $142 <br />Performance Bond Fund $6,240 <br />Contractors' Retainage Account $3,796 <br />ecti n 3 The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw warrants for payment for any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving the proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approval by the Council of <br />Mayfield Village or officers authorized by law to approve the same, or by ordinance or Resolution of Council <br />to make expenditures, provided that no warrant be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinances. <br />Section 4: The Director of Finance, at any time during calendar year 1997, is further authorized to: <br />A. Transfer from the General Fund to the Recreation Fund the sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00); <br />and <br />B. Transfer from the General Fund to the Community Room Fund the sum of Fifteen Thousand Dollars <br />($15,000.00); and <br />C.
