Ordinance 98-OJ D. Transfer from the Worton Park Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Forty Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight and 84/100 Dollars ($40,758.84); and E. The Repayment of an advance from the Worton Park Improvement Fund to the General Fund in the sum of Twenty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy four and 93/100 Dollars ($29,974.93); and F. The Repayment of an advance from the Recreation Fund to the General fund in the sum of Four Thounsand Dollars($4,000.00); and G. An advance from the General Fund to the Performance Bond Fund of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00). Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services.
