Ordinance 98-OJ <br />D. Transfer from the Worton Park Improvement Fund to the General Bond Retirement Fund the sum of Forty <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Eight and 84/100 Dollars ($40,758.84); and <br />E. The Repayment of an advance from the Worton Park Improvement Fund to the General Fund in the sum of <br />Twenty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy four and 93/100 Dollars ($29,974.93); and <br />F. The Repayment of an advance from the Recreation Fund to the General fund in the sum of Four Thounsand <br />Dollars($4,000.00); and <br />G. An advance from the General Fund to the Performance Bond Fund of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars <br />($25,000.00). <br />Section 5 The Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of <br />this Ordinance have been taken at open meetings of this Council; and that deliberations of this Council and of <br />its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with <br />all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />Section 6: This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate <br />preservation of the health, safety and welfare of the residents of Mayfield Village for the reason that the <br />appropriations authorized herein are necessary to maintain governmental services.
