c` <br />SECTION SEVEN <br />Security Deposit <br />In addition to the rental provided for in this lease, Lessor acknowledges receipt of the sum <br />of $850.00 as a security deposit for the faithful performance of the lease, which shall be returned <br />to Lessee upon faithful performance of this agreement. <br />SECTION EIGHT <br />Default <br />In the event any action is instituted at law to enforce any covenant contained in this lease <br />agreement or to recover any rent due or to recover possession of the premises for any default or <br />breach of this agreement by the Lessee, Lessee shall pay reasonable attorney's fees as maybe <br />determined by the court. <br />SECTION NINE <br />N <br />Late Payment ) ~~ ~~ <br />Rental payments shall be due and payable on the rst of each calendar month m advance. <br />In the event that rental payment is not received by the day of the month in which the payment <br />is due an payable, such rental payments shall be considered delinquent, an in addition to the rental <br />then due, there shall be an additional service charge of $50.00 to reimburse Lessor for the cost of <br />bookkeeping and other administrative services for payments received after the 5~' day of each <br />calendar month. <br />SECTION TEN <br />Assignment or Sublease <br />Lessee agrees not to assign or sublease the premises leased, any part of the premises, or <br />any right or privilege connected with it, or to allow any other person, except Lessee's agents and <br />employees, to occupy the premises or any part of the premises, without first obtaining Lessor's <br />written consent. <br />
