In the context of the <br />ordinance, I had indicated that the purchase agreement needed to be <br />"comparable to" the Exhibit "A" attached to the ordinance. The final purchase <br />agreements have been concluded, and have some slight variations from the <br />Exhibit "A" to the ordinance. I am advising you to take this purchase agreement <br />attached hereto and replace it for the Exhibit "A" on Ordinance Nos. 1998-08 <br />and 1998-09.
