$i <br />A minimum of four permanent photostations will be located and mazked in the first year. Photos <br />from two of the stations will be taken viewing north, south, east and west, while photos from the <br />other two stations will be taken viewing northeast, southeast, southwest, and northwest. <br />As per the Corps Special Permit Conditions, functions and values of the mitigation wetland will be <br />assessed using best professional judgement. <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />URSG shall provide services for the Project, when authorized in writing, in addition to those services set forth <br />in Basic Services. Such services shall consist of providing any other services not otherwise included in this <br />Proposal or not customarily furnished in accordance with generally accepted environmental planning services. <br />Additional services may include the following: <br />1. Alternative analysis that may be required for an individual permit. <br />2. Site selection and conceptual design of any offsite replacement wetland to be included in the Wetland <br />Mitigation Master Plan. <br />3. Analysis of wetland functions and values using a formal method (e.g., Buffalo method, <br />hydrogeomorphic method) which may be required by the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. <br />4. Boundary survey for stormwater management/wetland mitigation/pazk area boundaries. <br />Stream restoration design services required by stream impacts . <br />Three dimensional renderings or photosimulations of proposed improvements. <br />7. Additional Construction Document bid packages beyond those described above. <br />Additional Construction Services beyond those described above. <br />ESTIMATED COST <br />The total work order costs will be based on only the actual labor hours and reimbursable expenses expended <br />on the Project. URS Greiner's compensation for this Work Order will not exceed the authorized amount of <br />One Hundred Fifly Thousand ($150,000.00) Dollars without further written approval from the Client. <br />SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION <br />URSG is prepazed to commence work as soon as written authorization to proceed is received from the Client. <br />URSG will complete the services to be provided under this Work Order within twenty-six (26) weeks of such <br />authorization exclusive of post construction monitoring outlined in Task 10, contingent upon timely receipt <br />of information and documents from others. <br />Q:\BD150306Q1INT• VlEW\\WKORD 1T0.
