r <br />,1~' <br />required alternatives: Preferred Alternative, Non-degradation Alternative, Minimal Degradation <br />Alternative, and Mitigative Technique Alternative. <br />Coordinate Joint Application Document with Agencies: URSG will provide copies of the Joint <br />Application Document to the Corps, OEPA, and other involved agencies as, well as provide follow-up <br />coordination to ascertain the potential need for additional information. <br />Attend/Present at One (1) Public Hearing: URSG will prepare presentation materials as well as <br />attend and present at one (1) public hearing that may be required for the project. <br />Task 7 - Pregare Preliminary Mitigation Design: URSG will prepaze Preliminary Plans,for the stormwater <br />management/wetland mitigation azea, and bike trails suitable for Planning Commission submittal. An <br />updated color rendered site plan will be prepared and presented to the Mayfield Village Planning <br />Commission as well as the regulatory agencies for preliminary and final approval. Three sets of color <br />rendered plans shall be provided for Mayfield Village's use. A preliminary cost estimate will be prepared <br />to verify compliance with budgetary guidelines. Attendance of URSG staff members at four (4) review <br />meetings and two (2) Planning Commission meetings aze included. <br />Task 8 - Prepare Construction Drawings: Based upon comments on the Preliminary Plan, URSG will <br />prepare Construction Drawings suitable for Contractor bidding for the stormwater management, wetland <br />mitigation area, and bike trail improvements. URSG will prepare stormwater detention calculations for a <br />maximum of eight (8) stormwater lakes, and hydraulic design of the proposed stonnwater detention <br />structures. Stormwater calculations will be summarized in report form for submittal to the City Engineer. <br />Construction drawings are to include plans for clearing, stormwater pollution prevention, grading, landscape, <br />cut/fill calculations, trail layout, and construction specifications. Detail design will be provided for the <br />stormwater detention structure, and pavements. All plans and specs to be based on ODOT specifications. <br />Attendance at a maximum of four (4) review meetings is included. <br />URSG will provide five (5) sets of prints of Construction Drawings for~the residential portion and for the total <br />project to the Owner. <br />Task 9 -Perform Construction Administration: This proposal for construction services is based on one <br />construction contract for construction of stormwater management/wetland mitigation areas. URSG will <br />provide technical support services during construction to include telephone technical support, Shop Drawing <br />Submittal Review, and attendance at a maximum of six construction meetings. <br />i <br />Task 10 -Perform Post Construction Monitoring: URSG will conduct the five year annual Post <br />Construction Monitoring, as required by the Corps Special Permit Conditions. Monitoring will commence <br />the first growing season after completion of construction and continue for a total of five years. URSG will <br />prepare an annual report to be submitted to the Corps no later than December 31 of each reporting year. For <br />estimate purposes, it is assumed that the following monitoring protocol will be acceptable to the Corps: <br />The monitoring report will include the location and name of each plant community type within the <br />mitigation azea, located on a project map. Plant community types will be identified as either <br />palustrine emergent, palustrine scrub-shrub, or palustrine forested. <br />The dominant plant species will be visually determined in each vegetation layer of each community <br />type, and the scientific names of these species shall be included in the report.
