removal and replacement of pavement, general pavement mazkings, etc. These plans will be prepared at a scale of 1" = 20'. • Cross Sections Cross sections will be prepared at 50 foot intervals to show earthwork, driveway profiles, and roadside grading. • Traffic Control Plans Provide signal plans and specifications for three (3) signalized intersections. Necessary pavement marking plans will be prepazed associated with the signalized intersections. • Risht-of--Way Acquisition Plans The plans will identify all pazcels and the proposed right-of--way impacts to each pazcel by the planned improvements. • Notes and Details Notes will be prepared including, specifications, driveway details, intersection details, quantities, etc. • Deliverables URS Greiner will provide the following deliverables to Mayfield Village: 1) Mylaz tracings of the entire design, including specifications, quantities and calculations. 2) An estimate of probable construction cost. 3) Electronic files of the final roadway design. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to the Basic Scope of Services provided under this Work Order, URS Greiner can provide the following services when authorized, in writing, by the Client: Geotechnical Recommendations 2. Prepare Bid Packages ESTIMATED COST The total work order costs will be based on only the actual labor hours and reimbursable expenses expended on the Project. URS Greiner's compensation for this Work Order will not exceed the authorized amount of Sixty-Five Thousand ($65,000.00)• Dollars without further written approval from the Client. SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION URSG is prepazed to commence work as soon as written authorization to proceed is received from the Client. _ , URSG will complete the services to be provided under this Work Order within ten (10) weeks, exclusive of review times, of such authorization contingent upon timely receipt of information and documents from others.
