techniques, sequences, or procedures, or for the Contractor's failure to perform the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. The task includes the following: 1. URSG's inspectors shall assist in determining the quantities and dollar amounts owing to the Contractor, based on-site observations and on evaluations of the Contractor's Applications for Payment. The accuracy of each Application for Payment shall remain the primary responsibility of the Contractor. 2. URSG's inspector shall attend job meetings held with the Contractor to coordinate the Work and discuss problems that may arise concerning proper timing and execution of the Work. URSG shall preside and take minutes of the meetings and reproduce and distribute such minutes to those .in attendance. URSG shall review and maintain records of the tests and inspections required of the Contractor by the Project Manual or governing authorities. 4. URSG shall provide certain materials tests and inspections by awarding a subcontract reimbursable to URSG. ADDITIONAL SERVICES In addition to the Basic Scope of Services provided under this Work Order, URS Greiner can provide the following services when authorized, in writing, by the Client: 1. Resident Representation in excess of forty hours per week or for a construction period duration exceedingtwenty-one (21) months. • 2. If necessary, assisting in the re-bidding of the project and/or bidding of more than a single '~~ construction contract. ESTIMATED COST The total work order costs will be based on only the actual labor hours and reimbursable expenses expended on the Project. URS Greiner's compensation for this Work Order will not exceed the authorized amount of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred ($235,900.00) Dollars without further written approval from the Client. SCHEDULE OF COMPLETION URSG shall provide the Work Order Scope of Services, based on a twenty-one (21) month construction period, within approximately thirty-six (36) months after the date of execution of this agreement and contingent upon timely participation of the Client and others.
