URSGneiner <br />Mr. Philip Brett <br />Director of Finance and Economic Development <br />Mayfield Village <br />February 3, 1998 <br />Page 2 <br />Review of existing plans, reports, studies, operational records and verification of actual field <br />conditions (insofaz as possible) by use of survey crews and field personnel. <br />4. Recommendations regazding the need to subcontract services for specific tasks and services as <br />needed. <br />Assistance with the identification, evaluation and preparation of applications/programming <br />documents associated with potential funding sources for planned projects. <br />6. Performance of field work such as preliminary wetland mapping, biological and water quality <br />walkovers and sampling, for specific tasks, as needed. <br />7. Preparation of land use master plan concepts, landscaping and building renderings as may be needed <br />to reflect the proposed site improvements. <br />Preparation of construction documents which set forth, to the usual and necessary detail, the kind and <br />quantity of materials, pertinent tests and similaz information needed for soliciting bids for equipment <br />and/or the construction of necessary improvements. <br />9. Preparation of schedules of quantities and final opinions of probable cost of the proposed projects. <br />10. Delivery of copies of Reports, Contract Drawings, Technical Specifications, and other necessary <br />documents for review agencies, and/or any other appropriate department. <br />CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br />1. The Client will provide full information regazding its requirements for the individual Projects. <br />2. The Client shall designate a representative authorized to act in its behalf with respect to the Projects. <br />All direction and authorization shall be by or through such representative. The Client shall examine <br />documents submitted by URSG and shall render decisions pertaining thereto promptly, to avoid <br />unreasonable delay in the progress of URSG's services. <br />The Client shall furnish URSG all available information, reports, studies, testing results, operating <br />records, existing plans, and other data pertinent to the Projects. <br />4. The Client shall furnish such advertising, auditing, legal, appraisal, bonding, accounting, and <br />insurance counseling services as may be necessary for the Projects. <br />5. The services, information, tests, and reports referenced in Items 3 and 4 above shall be furnished at . <br />the Client's expense, and URSG shall be entitled to rely upon the accuracy and completeness thereof. <br />
