If the Client becomes awaze of any fault or defect in the Projects or non-conformance with the Contract Documents, the Client shall give prompt written notice thereof to URSG. 7. The Client shall furnish any required information and services as expeditiously as necessary for the orderly progress of the Projects. 8. The Client shall provide URSG access to enter upon public and private land as required for the performance of the Projects. The Client shall pay the cost of all soil borings, testing, permits, plan review fees, and application fees associated with the Projects. COMPENSATION AND PAYMENT For URSG's Services as set forth under the Scope of Services section, URSG shall be compensated on the basis of the direct labor costs for URSG personnel times an overhead and profit multiplier of 2.82, plus reimbursement for expenses at actual cost, as authorized work is performed. Reimbursable expenses shall include the expense of transportation when traveling in connection with the project, special equipment and supplies required in connection with the project, reproductions, and postage and handling of drawings and reports. Total compensation to URSG for Direct Labor costs, overhead and profit plus expenses in connection with Authorized Services provided shall not exceed the written amount authorized by the Client. No additional services shall be paid by the Client unless approved, in writing. Payments for URSG's Services shall be made monthly within thirty (30) days of the dated invoice in proportion to services performed. Interest shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month for all payments made sixty (60) days after receipt of URSG's invoice by the Client. LIABILITY The Client agrees to limit URSG's liability to the Client due to URSG's acts, errors, or omissions, such that the total aggregate liability to URSG to those named shall not exceed the total fee between the Client and URSG for this Agreement. The services of URSG under this Agreement shall be performed, within the limits prescribed by this . Agreement as amended, in a manner consistent with that level of care and skill ordinarily exercised by other professional consultants of the type used in this project under similaz circumstances. No other representation, warranty, or guarantee, expressed or implied, is included or intended in this Agreement, or in any report, opinion, document or otherwise.
