~XlYlblt B <br />PUBI.,IC IMPROVEIVIEN7CS <br />The public improvements include a five lane interior boulevard on which the fifth lane <br />will be a median giving way to turning lanes along points of ingress and egress of the parking <br />lots serving the Progressive facilities and any recreational or other public facilities located <br />along the road. There will be one primary road which will run a total of 6,250 feet north to <br />south from White Road and exiting on to S.O.M. Center Road. A second, much shorter road <br />will serve as a second egress to S.O.M. Center Road and will run 610 lineal feet east to west <br />from the longer interior road to S.O.M. Center Road. The Public Improvements also include <br />approximately 3,500 lineal feet each of sanitary and storm sewers, 4,500 lineal feet of <br />waterline, street signs, lighting and five signalization systems. <br />The Public Improvements also include approximately 1,000 lineal feet of improvements <br />to White Road, which will be widened from two to five lanes. <br />Also included within the Public Improvements, S.O.M. Center Road will be widened <br />from two lanes to five lanes for a length of two miles from White Road to Sandalwood Drive. <br />Utilities along S.O.M. Center Road will be relocated along the length of the improvement. <br />Traffic Control signalization will be provided throughout the Corridor. <br />The Public Improvements also include recreational facilities, which will include a <br />swimming pool and bathhouse, three baseball diamonds, picnic pavilions, bike paths and <br />pedestrian walkways, an amphitheater, soccer fields and a nature park, which will be located on <br />Village-owned property abutting the parcels owned by Progressive Casualty Insurance <br />Company and Progressive Resources Services Company. <br />B-1 <br />Library: Cleveland; Document#: 50091v4 <br />
