Thence North 2°20'48" East, along the Easterly line of land so conveyed to the <br />C.E.I. Co. a distance of 108.52 feet to a capped iron pin set at the Northeasterly corner of <br />said land; <br />Thence North 89°23'28" West, along the Northerly line of land so conveyed to <br />the C.E.I. CO. distance of 35.00 feet to a capped iron pin set at the Northwesterly corner <br />of said land, in the Easterly Limited Right of Way of State Highway No. 1, (Interstate <br />271); <br />Thence North 0°17'43" West, along said Easterly Limited Right of Way line a <br />distance 181.02 feet to a capped iron pin set at an angle therein; <br />Thence North 3°25'45" East, continuing along said Easterly Limited Right of <br />Way line a distance of 90.58 feet to a 3/4 inch diameter iron pin found at the <br />Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to the Village of Mayfield, aforesaid; <br />Thence South 89°23'28" East, along said Southerly line a distance of 1313.32 feet <br />to principal place of beginning and containing 19.6383 acres of land, be the same more or <br />less as surveyed by Stephen Hovancsek and Associates, Inc., Registered Surveyor No. <br />5160, State of Ohio in January 1998, but subject to all legal highways. Bearings are to an <br />assumed meridian and are used to denote angles only.
