LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PRSC PARCEL Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Mayfield Township Lot Nos. 15 and 25, Tract No. 1, and being further bounded and described as follows: Commencing at a 1 inch diameter iron pin monument found in the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road, (S.R. 91), 60 feet wide, at its intersection with the Southerly line said Original Lot No. 15; Thence North 1°15'18" East, along the centerline of S.O.M. Center Road a distance of 692.89 feet to the Southeasterly comer of land conveyed to the Village of Mayfield by deed recorded in Volume 97-11623, Page 25 of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence North 89°23'28" West along the Southerly line of land so conveyed to the Village of Mayfield a distance of 777.90 feet to capped iron pin set at the principal place of beginning of the parcel of land herein described; Thence South 43°26'00" West, a distance of 940.00 feet to a capped iron pin set; Thence South 56°26'40" West, a distance of 881.08 feet to a capped iron pin set in the Easterly Limited Right or Way of State Highway No. 1, (Interstate 271); Thence North 3°14' 16" West, along said Easterly Limited Right of Way line a distance of 129.87 feet to a capped iron pin set at an angle therein; Thence North 5°47'36" East, continuing along said Easterly Limited Right of Way line a distance of 560.68 feet to a capped iron pin set at an angle therein; Thence North 0°17'43" East, continuing along said Easterly Limited Right of Way line a distance of 116.18 feet to a capped iron pin set at the Southwesterly corner of land conveyed to the C.E.I.
