We will provide our own kennel facilities (Pepperidge Kennel) to <br />house and care for amimals picked up_ Domestic animals picked up in Mayfield <br />Village are held for 72 hours at our licensed commercial kermel. Animals having <br />identification on them tivill have the owner notified immediately eithe;.by phone or a <br />na'Lice placed at the location received from the I.D. --Iny doxnestie aninlal picked up <br />'wllich are diseased, injured or physically sick will be transpoiled to tlie emergency <br />pei clinic or county lcennel where treatenent can be given. -Anirnals nat ciaEmed are <br />d'rsposed according to State Licensing Law Requirements. Ok.vners claiming auimaIs <br />must pay a11 boarding fees as ivell as fees for any services performed such as <br />transportation and veterinaty bills incurred due to illness or injurtir before tlle animaI <br />is released. We fizrnish all ot.tr own personnel, vehicles, insuances and radio <br />equipment necessary for tlte professional performance of our duties. Nornlal animal control services include 25 ca.ifls per month during <br />regular business houis (Monday thraugh Friday S:dOam to 4:30 pm) Add'ztional calis <br />ivill be charge on an hourly basis. <br />l. Emergency animal controi service incindes 10 calis per month, and is <br />xvailabte after regular business hours, weekends and holidays on an haurly pei- call <br />basis. An emexgency call is identified as any situatian deterniined by the ca?ler in <br />which our service could prevent the death or injury of atay aniuial arperson. <br />3. Basic Service- Mayfield Village agrees to pav -Miller the sum of $715.00 <br />Per mont$ to handle up to 25 regular cails per calendar montti, and 10 emergency <br />cagls per caleridar month.
