Employees hired after January 1, 2011 will be entitled to no more than three <br />hundred twelve (312) hours for more than twenty-five (25) years of service. <br />Section 28.11. "Year of Employment" as used in this Section pertaining to vacation schedules <br />means years of employrnent with Mayfield Village only. However, any employee of Mayfield <br />Village who has been previously employed in a full-time capacity by the State of Ohio or any <br />of its political subdivisions, providing a letter of verification from the prior public employer is <br />submitted within the first (0) year of employment with the Village, is entitled to have such <br />prior service counted as years of employment for the purpose of computing vacation time <br />herein and shall be credited as such on January 1 st after initial year of employment with the <br />Village. <br />ARTICLE 29 <br />HOSPITALIZATION AND MEDICAL COVERAGE <br />Section 29.1. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer will maintain the current level <br />of inedical, dental and prescription drug benefits as long as the total annual premium cost does <br />not exceed the amounts listed below. If the annual premium cost exceeds these amounts, the <br />Employer may adjust the level of plan benefits to a plan whose annual premium cost most <br />closely approximates the amounts listed below: <br />25
