Agreement betweetz Mayfreld Village and F.O.P. Lodge 57 <br />3. home telephone number; <br />4. immediate supervisor; and <br />5. F.O.P. office held. <br />No employees shall be recognized by the Employer as a F.O.P. representative until the <br />F.O.P. has presented the Employer with written notification of that person's selection. <br />Section 12.3. The investigation and writing of grievances should be on non-duty time. If <br />grievance hearings are scheduled during an employee's regular duty hours, the employee shall <br />not suffer any loss of pay while attending the hearing. <br />Section 12.4. Two (2) members of the negotiating committee or two (2) members of the <br />grievance committee shall be allowed time off with pay for meetings which shall be set by the <br />Village and the F.O.P. <br />ARTICLE 13 <br />B ULLETIN BOAl2D SPACE <br />Section 13.1o The Employer agrees to provide exclusive bulletin board space in the Police <br />Department for use by the F.O.P. <br />Section 13.2. All F.O.P. notices of any kind posted on the bulletin board shall be signed, dated, <br />posted or removed by a F.O.P. official. <br />Section 13.3. F.O.P. notices related to the following matters may be posted without the necessity <br />of receiving the Employer's prior approval: <br />A. F.O.P. recreational and social affairs; <br />B. notice of F.O.P. meetings; <br />C. F.O.P. appointments; <br />D. notice of F.O.P. elections; <br />E. results of F.O.P. elections; <br />9
