Agreement between Mayfield Village and F.O.P. Lodge 57 <br />F. reports of non-political standing and independent non-political standing <br />committees and independent non-political arms of the F.O.P.; and <br />G. Non-political publications, rulings or policies of the F.O.P. <br />Section 13.4. Upon the request of the Employer's designee, the F.O.P. shall cause the immediate <br />removal of any material posted in violation of this Article. <br />ARTICLE 14 <br />WORK R ULES <br />Section 14.1. The F.O.P. recognizes that the Employer has the right to promulgate work rules, <br />regulations, policies, and procedures, to regulate the personal conduct of employees, and the <br />conduct of the Employer's services and programs. This function shall be exercised in a manner <br />consistent with the terms of this Agreement subject to the rights of the employees and/or F.O.P. <br />to process grievances as provided for by this Agreement. <br />Section 14.2. Whenever feasible, as determined by the Employer, at least forty-eight (48) hours <br />advance written notification will be given of the implementation of any new or revised work <br />rule, regulation, policy or procedure which affects members of the bargaining unit. The <br />Employer shall post a copy of the new revised work rule, etc., and will forward a copy to the <br />representative of the F.O.P. <br />ARTICLE 15 <br />JURYSERVICE <br />Section 15.1. Employees summoned for jury service shall be fully paid at their regular rates of <br />compensation when required to serve as jurors. All fees paid to such full-time employees for jury <br />service sha11 be remitted to the Finance Deparhnent. At no time shall overtime be paid as a result <br />of jury service. <br />10
