Lodge 57 <br />compensatory time remaining will be cashed out upon the employee's separation from <br />employment. <br />ARTICLE 22 <br />COUR T TIME/CALL IN TIME <br />Section 22.1. Employees required to appear at a Municipal Court, when not on duty, shall <br />receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay. Employees required to appear at the Court of Common <br />Pleas, Grand Jury or Juvenile Court or attend proceedings that require travel within the corporate <br />limits of Cleveland, Ohio, when not on duty, shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours of pay. <br />Section 22.8. Employees put on a stand by basis by a Municipal Court, when not on duty, shall <br />receive two (2) hours of pay. Employees put on a stand by basis by the Court of Common Pleas, <br />Grand Jury or Juvenile Court, when not on duty, shall receive three (3) hours of pay. <br />Section 22.3. In the event that a member is required to report for any duties other than those on <br />his regular shift, then such a member shall be compensated for such additional duties. Under <br />these circumstances, each such member shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours pay. <br />AllTICLE 23 <br />LONGEVITY <br />Section 23.1o Years of service shall be defined as the total number of twelve (12) month periods <br />of service completed on or before December 31st of each year. Each twelve (12) month period <br />used to compute years of service commences on the anniversary date of the employee's first date <br />of employment with the Village and ends on the last day prior to the employee's next <br />consecutive anniversary date. <br />Section 23.2. The only service that shall be used to compute longevity pay shall be years of <br />service as a full-time employee of Mayfield Village. <br />Section 23.3. Each full-time member of the bargaining unit shall be entitled to longevity pay <br />increases in accordance with the schedule provided below: <br />19
