devices and shall inspect the establishment to confirm the AED devices have been <br />installed as approved prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy. <br />1505.05 TIgAINING. <br />Each occupancy required to have AED's under this Chapter shall maintain <br />training in Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) /AED use for staff members pursuant <br />to the program offered by the Mayfield Village Fire Department. Each occupancy shall <br />provide notice to occupants thereof of the availability and location of such AED devices." <br />1505.06 1VIAINTENANCE. <br />Each of the facilities governed by this Chapter shall develop a procedure to ensure <br />that the AED's are continuously maintained in a ready, operational condition. Regular <br />inspections shall be performed to ensure the battery is charged, associated equipment is <br />present, the defibrillation patches are not expired and the unit is not in need of service. <br />Written documentation of these regular inspections shall be kept on the premises, subject <br />to inspection by the Fire Chief, Fire Marshal or other fire department officer. <br />1505.07 PENALTY. <br />Whoever violates any provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />of the fourth degree. <br />
