Therefore, BUYER acknowledges BUYER can obtain information from the sheriffs office regarding the notices it has provided pursuant to Ohio's sex offender notification law. The SELLERS certify that SELLERS have received the following written notice(s) pursuant to Ohio's sex .offender notification law: 15. DEFAiJI.T. Time is of the essence of this contract. If BUYER shall default in the performance of any of the obligations imposed on BUYER by this Purchase Agreement, the SELLERS, by written notice to BUYER, (a) may elect to terminate said Purchase Agreement, or (b) may pursue any and all of its legal or equitable remedies.
